We are pleased to welcome you to the IHearIT service, designed to ensure your hearing aids maintain seamless Bluetooth connectivity with your devices. To provide you with the best possible support, we occasionally use tools like screen sharing and SMS text messaging as part of our troubleshooting and assistance process. 

To proceed with these features, we request your consent. Below is a summary of how these tools are used and how your privacy is protected:

Screen Sharing

• Purpose: Screen sharing allows our support team to guide you step-by-step in resolving Bluetooth connectivity issues.
• Security: Screen sharing sessions are conducted securely through the GoTo App and require your explicit approval before they begin. Apple and other smartphone manufacturers have restricted access to personal information, including protected passwords and any data entered via an enrollee's keyboard.
• Control: You retain full control over the session and can terminate it at any time. IHearIT technicians can only see your screen. IHearIT cannot control your smart phone or tablet device.

SMS Text Messaging

• Purpose: SMS text messaging may be used to provide updates, troubleshooting steps, and reminders related to your service.
• Frequency: Messaging will be limited to service-related communications and will not include marketing or promotional content.
• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to unsubscribe or “HELP” for assistance. 

Your Privacy Matters

Please rest assured that no personal health information (PHI) or sensitive data will be accessed, stored, or shared during these interactions. All services comply with HIPAA and applicable data privacy laws. By filling out the form below, you consent to the use of screen sharing and SMS text messaging by IHearIT to assist with Bluetooth connectivity services. You understand that these tools will be used solely for service-related purposes. You also agree to receive SMS updates regarding updates, troubleshooting steps, and reminders related to your service from IHearIT at (572) 225-1925. Message frequency may vary.  Message & data rates may apply.  Your mobile information will be shared with GoTo for the purpose of contacting you. No other details will be shared with any third party.  You can reply “STOP” to unsubscribe or “HELP” for assistance.
